PUBLISHED PRICING

Published Pricing for the Brand Guest Experience Partnership

SignalTide begins with a Founder-Led Guest Journey Immersion, then moves into a 12-month Brand Guest Experience Partnership for independent boutique hotels, inns, resorts, and spa-integrated properties. Michael works directly with leadership, studies the property in person, identifies where the promise, guest expectations, and actual experience stop matching, and remains accountable for the approved guest-facing work that follows. Hard-capped at 6 active partners.

The investment logic

The investment starts with understanding the property, not prescribing a deliverable.

The $8,000 starting investment is the Founder-Led Guest Journey Immersion: on-property observation, leadership and staff context, guest-journey review, promise-to-experience alignment, and a prioritized executive action plan.

The 12-month partnership is the execution relationship. Michael stays directly involved as SignalTide repairs the highest-priority gaps, measures how the guest journey responds, and changes the work as seasonality, performance, and commercial priorities evolve.

The immersion and the 12-month partnership are two distinct parts of one relationship. First, Michael establishes the evidence and priority order. Then SignalTide executes across the touchpoints actually causing friction — which may include positioning, reputation, content, local visibility, room or treatment clarity, mobile experience, booking handoffs, pre-arrival information, analytics, or the website when the findings show it is part of the problem. Final scope and pricing are always defined in the signed proposal, and results are not guaranteed.

THE 12-MONTH STRUCTURE

Four 90-Day Phases, One Annual Partnership

1Months 1–3

Priority Alignment

Address the highest-priority gaps identified during the Founder-Led Guest Journey Immersion. Work may include positioning, guest-facing messaging, expectation-setting, trust, pre-arrival or arrival clarity, content alignment, booking friction, analytics, and digital infrastructure when those issues are weakening the guest journey.

2Months 4–6

Promise & Trust

Strengthen how the property is understood and evaluated across discovery, reputation, property content, neighborhood context, policies, offers, and the information guests use to compare the hotel's promise with alternatives.

3Months 7–9

Decision, Arrival & Experience

Review guest behavior and friction across comparison, room or treatment decisions, booking handoffs, pre-arrival communication, arrival expectations, policies, trust content, and the on-property experience, then refine the journey around what the evidence shows.

4Months 10–12

Performance & Next Priorities

Strengthen what is working, correct what remains misaligned, prepare for upcoming demand periods, and complete an executive review that establishes the next guest-journey priorities for leadership and any required specialists.

Not every item listed is included at every pricing level. The signed proposal defines the exact approved scope, frequency, deliverables, travel, integrations, and responsibilities.
