Mobile discovery
How the property appears when a traveler first encounters it in search, maps, reviews and comparison environments.
Why audit the whole journey
A traveler may discover the hotel in Google, compare it on an OTA, return to the direct website, book on a phone, read a confirmation email and arrive with expectations assembled from all of those moments.
A guest journey audit looks across those moments together. SignalTide separates observed evidence from assumptions and ranks the issues leadership can act on first.
What SignalTide examines
How the property appears when a traveler first encounters it in search, maps, reviews and comparison environments.
Whether the main OTA listing, direct website and booking flow present a clear, consistent reason to choose the property.
Whether guests receive the practical information they need before they leave home.
A founder-led look at whether arrival and first impressions match the expectations created before the stay.
Leadership context
The review is designed to show leadership what a guest can actually see and experience, not what the property believes it communicates internally. That distinction matters. A policy may be clear to staff but buried for guests. A room difference may be obvious on property but confusing in the booking path. An arrival instruction may exist but appear too late to help. The review traces those moments in sequence and records the evidence behind each finding.
Prioritization keeps the work practical. Eight evidence-ranked priorities give leadership a finite decision set instead of an endless audit. Up to three approved guest-facing copy or information improvements can be completed in existing accessible channels during the review, while operational, technical or specialist issues remain with the appropriate owner. The goal is a clearer decision path for leadership, not a theatrical report that gets admired once and forgotten.
